Private Lesson or Practice Hour. Up to 2 Couples (4 people); $5 per additional Couple or Person. May potentially share the dance floor and music with other lessons or classes. Floor availability hours are M-F from 1PM-9PM, Sat from 11AM-3PM, and Closed on Sun.
Group Rental
$75-150/hr
Group Class or Group Rehearsal may be held in the Junior Ballroom or on the Main Ballroom. Availability and Pricing depends on the request time(s) and day(s). Please contact us for more information.

CDC Studios is 8000 SF with a 4000 SF professional dance floor and junior ballroom space of 644 SF. We offer full surround sound system, mic, party lights, and a Beer & Wine bar.
