No, you do not. In group classes, all of our students rotate partners within the class. For private lessons, you will be paired up with one of our amazing dance instructors!

We recommend wearing something you are comfortable moving in — workout attire, casual attire, etc. For ladies, if you are wearing a dress or skirt, we recommend wearing shorts underneath. For shoes, we do not recommend slip-on shoes (flip flops, backless heels, etc).

It will depend on how simple or extravagant you want the first dance to be, and how quickly you and your partner learn and retain the material/choreography, it could range anywhere from 5 lessons to 20+ lessons.
